My journey began as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have worked in all sectors of dentistry over the past 12 years. During my time in public health dentistry, I began to volunteer my services with many organizations such as Executive chair with Mississippi Oral Health Community Alliance, Former chair on several Tobacco Free Coalitions of MS, Diabetes Coalition of Mississippi, Mississippi Breastfeeding Coalition and the Asthma Coalition of Mississippi.
Focusing on non-profit leadership, I had the opportunity to provide social media content and branding for multiple organizations. This led me to repurposing my focus from person-centered health to Healthcare Communications and Event Management.
